Join Comhard GmbH as a Sales Consultant and Educational Advisor, where you can work 30 hours a week (with the option to increase) in a fully remote role, available nationwide, starting immediately.
We are expanding our online academy and are looking for a passionate individual who enjoys helping others discover professional opportunities and effectively convey educational offerings.
In this role, you will blend structured sales activities with comprehensive educational consulting. You will proactively engage potential participants, clarify funding options, and guide them from the first contact through to their enrollment. If you are a strong communicator, work independently, and wish to contribute in a meaningful environment, this position offers you creative freedom, development potential, and attractive earning opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted acquisition of participants for our educational and activation programs in the online academy (via phone and digital channels)
- Qualified educational consulting including suitability assessments in close coordination with team leaders and subject instructors, as well as potential clients
- Creation, dispatch, and follow-up of educational offers to interested parties and funding bodies
- Argumentation and communication to ensure funding eligibility
- Documentation and structured maintenance of all contacts in the CRM system
- Active involvement in the ongoing development of our sales processes
