As a Sales Coordinator for Global Accounts, you will play a pivotal role acting as a liaison between our prestigious international clients and various internal departments. Your efforts will ensure seamless execution of all sales-related processes while actively contributing to the strategic growth of our Key Accounts.
- Coordinate and manage operations for international Key Accounts
- Engage in tender processes, including bid calculations and price negotiations in close collaboration with purchasing and clients
- Plan and align production with factories and production management (capacity verification & assurance)
- Oversee processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle complaint management and analyze as well as enhance delivery performance
- Conduct forecasts, budgeting, and KPI analyses, deriving actionable insights
- Maintain close coordination with logistics
- Provide regular reports to management
