We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Closers, focusing on the generation and conversion of opportunities within our active client base through upselling and cross-selling strategies. Your leadership will ensure that targets are met while maintaining consistent follow-up rituals.
- Drive the SDR and Closer teams towards achieving sales goals through effective coaching and guidance.
- Develop and scale processes that promote operational efficiency and predictability.
- Monitor performance indicators and revenue metrics (such as MRR from expansions, volume, conversion rates, etc.), implementing strategies for continuous optimization.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
- Recruit and develop team members in alignment with the operational growth and business needs.
- Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure both short-term and long-term targets are achieved.
