About the job
1. Business Collaboration
- Oversee the follow-up sales processes according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); manage sales entries in ICABS (Contract/Job/Product); ensure accuracy by cross-checking and updating records on Drive, Portfolio, and iCABS.
- Monitor and provide reminders for tasks and deadlines related to the Sales Department, including contract statuses and back-office operations.
- Coordinate product demonstrations; facilitate the return of demo items to the warehouse and track their status.
- Maintain and update records for EFR Removal.
- Generate and manage reports pertinent to the Sales Department, such as Portfolio & iCABS, Sales Performance, Commission Checks, Sales Lead/Service Lead, Invoice Forecasting, and Turnover Reconciliation.
- Organize and maintain forms, files, and templates in the Public Department.
- Foster collaboration across different functions and teams to meet company expectations.
2. Reporting & Data Management
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of all relevant sales reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistency and accuracy across all sales reporting outputs in Vietnam.
- Uphold data integrity within iCABS and associated reports.
- Identify and address data quality issues in conjunction with other departments.
- Support initiatives aimed at process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
3. Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
