Your Responsibilities:
Top-of-Funnel Leadership: Drive our top-of-funnel sales metrics and expand our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
Performance Analytics: Track and report on lead generation and qualification metrics, adjusting data-driven sales strategies based on market feedback.
Sales Resource Development: Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, prospecting templates, and call scripts.
Market Insight: Conduct research to stay informed about market trends and perform customer segmentation based on needs.
Collaborative Strategy: Partner closely with founders and engineers to develop and refine outreach strategies.
