Why We Need You
As the Sales Development Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within our Commercial Sales division, working alongside a Sales Manager and Commercial Sales Executives. Your leadership will be vital in guiding your team to qualify marketing leads and create new pipeline opportunities, contributing directly to our revenue growth. You will work with a talented group of individuals who are intelligent, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to establishing meaningful relationships with prospective clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 7 SDRs.
- Provide coaching and development to enhance your team's prospecting, qualification, and sales capabilities, while deepening their understanding of Box products and fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing.
- Take ownership of achieving all SDR team targets, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Work collaboratively with Commercial Sales and other departments to drive success.
