Reporting to our Sales Development Director, the Sales Development Manager for Inbound Prospecting will be pivotal in hiring, training, and building a high-performing sales development representative (SDR) team in Montreal. Your Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and cultivate world-class SDR talent.
- Understand and address customer challenges with MaintainX's unique value proposition.
- Facilitate the sale of disruptive technology to key decision-makers within organizations.
- Oversee team management and strategize the development initiatives of MaintainX.
- Create personalized development plans for each SDR.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, demand generation, and other departments to enhance team performance.
- Implement new processes and programs to drive revenue, pipeline generation, and professional growth.
- Leverage modern sales technologies and tools effectively.
