Your ResponsibilitiesYou will identify potential growth areas and new merchant segments early, based on research, trend reports, and analyst sources, and be the primary contact for regular trend and market analysis.You will leverage your external market knowledge to continuously refine our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), market segments, and prioritization logic.In Salesforce, you will develop and maintain structured target customer lists and ICPs.You will evaluate leads operationally and contribute your senior expertise to improve scoring models, acting as a quality filter for sales by accurately identifying potentials and ensuring a high hit rate in the pipeline.You will ensure high data quality and derive optimization potentials.You will develop playbooks and best practices for scaling.

You will take full ownership of market and competitive analyses, derive concrete opportunities for our merchant growth from trends, and develop data-driven recommendations for our go-to-market strategy.
