Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruiting cycle for Sales Development roles in multiple EMEA regions, encompassing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
Handle multiple concurrent job openings across several EMEA markets.
Work closely with hiring leaders to align on candidate profiles, priorities, and recruitment strategies, ensuring consistent execution across all markets.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines specific to various languages across the EMEA region.
Drive candidate generation through proactive sourcing and collaboration with hiring teams, taking full ownership of pipeline outcomes.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders through regular updates and diligent follow-through.
Implement a structured and consistent recruiting process, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and strong system hygiene.
Effectively balance hiring across different markets and time zones while ensuring organizational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in recruiting Sales Development talent across various EMEA markets, preferably including language-specific hiring.
Demonstrated sourcing skills with a successful track record of building candidate pipelines and converting leads into hires.
Strong ability to maintain consistent sourcing activities and achieve hiring targets.
Experience in collaborating with multiple hiring managers and managing expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Capacity to run a consistent recruiting process with minimal oversight.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills across multiple job openings and markets.
Experience in recruiting for early-career or entry-level sales positions.
