Qualifications
What You'll Achieve: Exceed weekly and monthly metrics, with a primary focus on converting leads with a high buying propensity into sales-qualified opportunities to generate pipeline for Asana's revenue organization. Prospect leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media, while adhering to KPIs such as talk time, speed to lead, meetings set, and pipeline generation. Conduct pre-discovery qualification calls and manage the handoff process to Account Executives. Participate in team meetings as the expert on funnel activity within key accounts, providing insights to cross-functional peers. Deliver an exceptional customer experience for Asana’s prospective customers. Set up qualification meetings with new prospects and arrange discovery meetings with ideal customer profile (ICP) qualified prospects. Accurately maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce. Continuously innovate outreach strategies to optimize lead conversion rates across Australia and New Zealand. About You: Minimum of 6 months of experience in inbound or outbound sales development in APAC markets, with a desire to pursue a career in Software Sales (SaaS). A genuine passion for technology and the ability to articulate industry knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and a strong willingness to learn.

This role offers a fast-track opportunity within the Asana sales organization, allowing you to learn the fundamentals of sales while collaborating with a product-centric team dedicated to enhancing a newer and more profitable technology sales engine.
This position is based in our Sydney office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. You'll work on-site in person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while having the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
