Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Avoca, your primary responsibility will be to drive our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers within the home services industry. You will execute high-velocity outbound strategies to transform interest into valuable meetings for our Account Executives. Your role will be pivotal in showcasing Avoca’s effectiveness in converting missed calls into scheduled jobs and quantifiable revenue.
This position is tailored for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy experimentation and making a significant impact. You will take ownership of the entire pipeline generation process—from targeting the right segments to crafting compelling outreach and facilitating high-quality meetings, all while closely collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to convert customer challenges into Avoca success stories.
