In the role of Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) within our Sales Development team, your primary goal will be to initiate conversations with potential clients via phone and social media, ushering them into the world of Booksy and arranging product presentations with the sales department. You will collaborate with passionate team members, work on significant projects, and make a tangible difference in our users' experiences and our business outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls and social media (working with cold leads)
- Manage the company’s Facebook account
- Showcase our application and actively encourage potential clients to test it
- Explore new distribution channels
- Engage in daily cooperation with the sales department
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain contact with existing Booksy clients to offer and upsell additional features and services
