As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Brandwatch, a Cision company, you will be integral to generating new business opportunities. Your key responsibility will be to research and engage with potential accounts, aiming to secure meetings that convert into qualified sales opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Act as the face of Brandwatch, being the first point of contact for potential customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the evolving social media landscape.
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand, business, and SaaS products.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to build a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue through new business opportunities.
How You'll Do It
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new potential customers through platforms like Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, Gong, and others.
- Engage in an average of 80 outbound activities to prospects daily, aiming to schedule platform demonstrations and initiate the sales process.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, coordinating with sales executives for the next steps.
