Role Description
In this unique role, you won't just be a recruiter; you'll be the pivotal human element that ensures our autonomous recruiting systems function effectively. Our AI agents manage vast volumes of candidates weekly—your role involves overseeing these agents, addressing complex scenarios, and providing the human touch necessary for successful candidate engagement. Think of yourself as an air traffic controller for recruitment, guiding candidates through the process and shaping the future of AI-driven recruiting operations.
Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary along with uncapped performance-based compensation linked to placements, allowing top performers to significantly increase their earnings.
Equity (Performance-Based)
Our equity program rewards results. After a successful 90-day performance period, high achievers are eligible for equity grants, fostering potential for meaningful ownership as our company evolves.

What You'll Do
Oversee AI agent operations: Monitor candidate interactions, identify errors, and intervene when human judgment is required.
Manage critical conversations: Engage with senior candidates, address challenging objections, and negotiate compensation where human interaction is indispensable.
Train our AI agents: Assess agent performance, categorize responses, and create exemplary dialogues that enhance our AI's capabilities.
Implement quality control measures: Audit candidate matches, evaluate outreach effectiveness, and analyze conversion rates across thousands of interactions.
Facilitate successful placements: Support candidates through the final stages, manage offer processes, and ensure effective hiring outcomes.
