Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales development or business development, particularly with upper mid-market or enterprise clients. SaaS experience is advantageous.• Strong dedication to cultivating relationships.• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with robust interpersonal abilities.• Capability to grasp customer needs and align them with our offerings.• Highly motivated, tenacious, and results-driven.• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).• This position is based in France and focuses exclusively on the French market. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with the Group.

Join Coface as a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) as we broaden our presence in the Business Information market. This role is pivotal in enhancing our sales pipeline and propelling our growth within the French market.
The SDR will significantly contribute to our sales strategy by qualifying incoming leads and executing outbound prospecting efforts to uncover new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with the Lead Generation Manager and the French sales team, the SDR will be instrumental in the initial phases of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Qualification:
• Respond swiftly to and qualify leads generated by marketing through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Analyze client needs and align them with our tailored solutions.
• Arrange meetings and demonstrations with qualified leads for the sales team.
Outbound Prospecting:
• Identify and engage potential customers through strategic outbound initiatives, including calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations to foster communication and engagement.
• Effectively communicate our unique value proposition to spark interest and secure meetings for the sales team.
Pipeline Management and Reporting:
• Ensure accurate and updated lead information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee a seamless transition of qualified leads.
• Provide valuable insights on lead quality, market trends, and prospecting techniques.
