We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become a vital part of our Membership team. In this role, you will engage daily with potential members, articulating the advantages of the Compound platform, while also employing creative strategies to expand our membership base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospective clients and analyze their financial requirements.
Schedule customer meetings with financial advisors through proactive outreach via emails and phone calls.
Assess the needs of potential members and recommend suitable resources and next steps.
Guide prospects through our sales funnel, ensuring that their needs are addressed as they connect with Financial Advisors, tax professionals, and other team members.
Conduct various projects aimed at enhancing Compound's lead generation strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Willingness to accept coaching and training.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce and other related sales tools.
Background in wealth management and personal finance.
Experience in direct interactions with high-net-worth individuals is preferred.
