Qualifications
Responsibilities:Utilize modern sales data tools to identify and research target accounts.Perform cold outreach through phone, email, and social media to build a new pipeline.Engage prospects with tailored messaging that addresses their specific business needs.Qualify leads based on defined criteria before connecting them with Account Executives.Maintain precise records of all prospect interactions and progress within our CRM (Salesforce).Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance outbound messaging and campaigns.Achieve consistent activity metrics including calls, emails, and booked meetings.Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Requirements:1–2 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.Excellent communication and active listening skills.Quick learner with strong adaptability to feedback.Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.).Able to work during US business hours to align with our team and clients.Nice to Have:Previous outbound sales experience.Resilience, strong communication skills, and comfort with high-volume outreach are equally valued.
