We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline generation and establish the foundation of our sales strategy. As an integral early team member, you will have a direct influence on our go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and engagement with prospective clients.
About the Role
This role requires high ownership and encompasses:
- Outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Inbound qualification and customer engagement
- Experimentation with messaging, channels, and target audiences
- Collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams
You will play a crucial role in building our revenue engine by developing outbound strategies and contributing to our market positioning.
What You’ll Do
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and develop new accounts by demonstrating how Feathery can automate workflows
- Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Test various audiences, messaging, and channels to generate enterprise opportunities
- Own pipeline generation strategies and continuously enhance performance
Inbound & Qualification
- Manage incoming interest from potential customers
- Qualify leads to assess fit and prioritize opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to client
