Who We’re Looking For
We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our presence within the construction sector by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities focused on small and mid-sized businesses (SMB). If you have a passion for technology sales, a desire to learn from industry leaders, and the ambition to thrive in a high-energy setting, we want to hear from you!
As an SDR at Fieldwire, you will serve as the initial contact for potential clients, driving top-of-funnel activities and building a robust pipeline for our Account Executive team. You will utilize a mix of inbound inquiries, proactive outreach, and thorough market research to engage with decision-makers, comprehend their business challenges, and present Fieldwire as an indispensable solution.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Qualifying and engaging inbound leads from our Freemium sign-up process, marketing efforts, and existing Hilti customers.
- Conducting targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create new qualified opportunities.
- Identifying key stakeholders and initiating contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized enterprises.
- Arranging discovery calls and product demonstrations for our Account Executive team.
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to foster a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintaining precise and current information in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Gaining insights into and articulating the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform.
- Staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Consistently achieving and surpassing activity and opportunity generation targets.
