This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco office. Attendance is required three days a week from Tuesday to Thursday, with potential additional in-office days for team or company events.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an outstanding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to our revenue growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our sales team!
This role is ideal for a motivated and dynamic sales professional at the beginning of their career, eager to help scale a groundbreaking software company and advance their sales expertise. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to present our offerings compellingly. You will play a key role in delivering our mission and actively engaging with both prospective and existing customers.
Objectives of this role:
Serve as Ironclad's first point of contact for prospective customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
Conduct qualification calls with a consultative approach, leveraging in-depth knowledge of our products and services to demonstrate how our solutions can provide value to their businesses.
Manage and nurture a pipeline of interested prospects to identify potential opportunities to engage our sales executives.
