Your Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a solid background in Fintech, Finance, or SaaS to join our expanding sales team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in driving initial growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, fostering meaningful relationships, and qualifying high-value leads for our sales pipeline.
Your proactive, outbound-centric approach will leverage your industry knowledge and network to connect with key decision-makers within the Fintech ecosystem, opening doors to new business opportunities.
- Initiate outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Utilize your expertise to pinpoint new market opportunities and customize outreach efforts.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and craft personalized outreach strategies.
- Engage with senior executives (C-suite, Product, Operations) to comprehend their challenges and effectively position Modulr’s solutions.
- Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the initial stages of the sales process.
- Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to enhance pipeline generation strategies.
- Provide field insights to shape our go-to-market strategy, messaging, and product positioning.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.
