As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Scorpion, you will play a crucial role in generating excitement for our solutions, identifying and qualifying potential prospects, and maintaining a steady pipeline of leads for our Legal or Home Service sales teams. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to our team culture by working on-site 4-5 days a week, ensuring you are within commuting distance of the office.
- Lead Generation
- Identify, educate, and qualify leads to create actionable sales opportunities.
- Execute strategic outbound calls and emails daily.
- Articulate the Scorpion narrative effectively and passionately to potential clients.
- Align Scorpion’s solutions with the business objectives and needs of prospects.
- Stay informed on industry trends and technology advancements to serve as a trusted resource for prospects and clients.
- Collaborative Team Player
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demonstrations.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
- Accurately gather key prospect data from initial conversations and online sources, ensuring clean data entry into Salesforce, our CRM.
- Consistently exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and closed deals.
