About the Company
Our client stands as a prominent leader in the SalesTech and MarTech domain, evolving from a niche appointment-setting agency into a comprehensive global ecosystem of sales acceleration solutions and services. Their objective is to transform the lead generation landscape, assisting B2B enterprises across various industries and regions, predominantly targeting the US (80%), with additional clientele in Europe and Australia, in consistently generating robust pipelines and qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound prospecting via cold calls, tailored emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Oversee multiple campaigns concurrently, adjusting strategies according to client needs and market segments.
- Surpass 20–30 appointments per month across active projects.
- Execute 70–100 cold calls daily, primarily to B2B decision-makers in the US.
- Monitor and analyze outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records within HubSpot, Salesforce, Reply.io, Expandi.io, Instantly, and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with account teams to refine scripts, messaging, and targeting criteria.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter in a B2B outbound sales environment.
- Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation focused on US markets.
- Strong knowledge of outbound outreach tools and CRMs.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining quality and speed.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in lead generation or sales enablement agencies.
- Knowledge of SaaS, MarTech, or B2B service sectors.
- Comfortable working independently while managing changing priorities and multiple clients.
Benefits
Competitive base salary: $1050–$2100 USD/month (based on experience and performance)
