The Role
We are on the lookout for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. In this role, you will initiate and facilitate the first interactions with potential new enterprise clients. How will you achieve this? Ravelin’s SDRs collaborate in “pods” with senior sales team members to identify the right contacts, conduct exceptional discovery and demo sessions, and build momentum towards closing sales. Your daily responsibilities will require an organized and strategic mindset to manage multiple outreach campaigns across various industries. You will also work closely with the Sales Team, as well as marketing, account management, and pre-sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Engage in high-level discussions with senior executives from customer and prospect accounts.
- Reach out to 30+ prospects daily via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
- Qualify pre-opportunities by assessing Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeframe.
- Generate sales pipeline through marketing initiatives and facilitate meetings with Account Executives.
- Research and develop new and existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, sending emails, and strategic calling).
