Join Devsinc as a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) and drive our outreach efforts across the UAE/GCC region!
In this dynamic role, you will spearhead outbound prospecting initiatives utilizing cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Your responsibilities will include crafting ICP-aligned lists, engaging with key decision-makers, optimizing outreach sequences, and effectively managing your CRM to ensure a seamless sales pipeline. This position requires a strong foundation in outbound sales practices, a knack for engaging with senior stakeholders, and proficiency in modern tools for go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate qualified meetings throughout the UAE/GCC via cold emailing, calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other appropriate channels.
- Develop and maintain ICP-aligned prospect lists, identifying decision-makers and personalizing outreach through thorough research.
- Implement and refine outbound sequences, conducting tests and adjusting messaging based on performance metrics.
- Commit to daily calling sessions during UAE business hours to qualify prospects, manage objections, and secure meetings.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns with consistent follow-up and effective conversation management.
- Ensure meticulous CRM record-keeping and facilitate comprehensive handoffs to Account Executives with context and next steps.
- Leverage enrichment and GTM tools to enhance segmentation, personalization, and execution of campaigns.
- Adhere to respectful outreach practices, including managing opt-outs and handling data responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Outbound Email and Sequencing Tools: Proficient in tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Woodpecker, and Lemlist, with a strong grasp of cold email best practices.
- Familiarity with Email Infrastructure: Understanding of email domain management and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and troubleshooting basics.
- Proficiency in Data Sourcing and Prospecting Tools: Experience with platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and Hunter.io for effective contact discovery and list management.
- Knowledge of GTM Tools: Experience with Clay for enrichment workflows and Airtable for lead operations.
- LinkedIn Outreach Tools: Familiarity with tools like Dripify and Expandi for safe automation practices in LinkedIn outreach.
- Cold Calling Skills: Strong ability in cold calling, objection handling, and maintaining accurate CRM logs.
- CRM Experience: Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce for activity tracking and management.
