Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bolster our expanding healthcare sales team. This position is perfect for early-career sales professionals who are adept at managing inbound leads, assessing prospects, and setting appointments for senior sales executives. Familiarity with healthcare services, medical products, or health technology is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential healthcare clients.
Evaluate leads against established criteria and direct opportunities accordingly.
Arrange appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
Ensure accurate tracking of activities and leads in the CRM.
Follow up with incoming prospects to guarantee timely communication.
Understand and effectively communicate the company's healthcare value proposition.
Work alongside sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting environment.
Previous remote working experience, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar. Candidates without remote work experience will not be considered.
Experience working with US or UK clients or companies.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ease in conversing with prospects over the phone.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Reliable internet connectivity and a professional remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with healthcare, medical services, health tech, or insurance sectors.
Experience in handling inbound sales or customer inquiries.
Understanding of appointment setting or lead qualification methodologies.
