About The Role
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fal.ai, you will serve as the initial contact for prospective customers exploring ways to develop and expand their Generative Media initiatives. You will assess inbound leads, identify customer needs, and work closely with Account Executives to create opportunities that propel Fal’s growth.
This role presents a chance to significantly influence revenue growth at a fast-paced startup while developing essential skills in AI sales, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries to identify potential customers and new opportunities.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand each prospect’s business objectives, media workflows, and AI infrastructure requirements.
- Manage all inbound leads from initial contact to sales-qualified opportunity, ensuring organized and accurate pipeline data.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to enhance inbound lead generation and conversion rates.
- Become proficient in Fal’s platform capabilities to effectively communicate its value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and ensure a seamless experience for prospects.
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve lead quality and targeting.
