Sales Development Intern
Location: Sandy, UT (Hybrid work schedule - 2 days in office; 3 days remote)
The NICE CX Sales Development Intern plays a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities. You will harness and refine professional sales skills to analyze prospective clients’ organizational structure, market positioning, and relevant insights, entering this data into our database. This information is crucial for engaging the company effectively with the aim of creating opportunities for the sales team.
A Day in the Life of a Sales Development Intern May Include:
- Identifying and generating new business leads through follow-ups and prospecting in the assigned territory.
- Making outbound calls based on provided customer lists and maximizing efforts from inbound inquiries.
- Engaging in various lead generation campaigns as directed by management.
- Accurately logging leads and sales interactions using NICE CX contact management tools.
- Striving to meet or exceed lead development quotas set by management.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of current and future NICE CX products and services.
- Collaborating as needed with the designated sales team in your territory.
- Participating in required meetings and training sessions.
