Position Overview
We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative specializing in Legal Technology to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is designed for independent contractors who thrive in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound prospecting through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calls, to cultivate qualified leads within the legal and compliance sectors.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and target key accounts, such as law firms and compliance divisions.
- Qualify potential leads via discovery calls, evaluating their suitability for our innovative LegalTech solutions.
- Facilitate the booking of demos and meetings for Account Executives to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach strategies and optimize messaging.
- Utilize the company’s CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to meticulously track and manage sales activities.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the legal industry, including regulatory updates and competitive insights.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Outbound Sales Representative, with a strong preference for candidates with LegalTech or SaaS experience.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the legal industry, with a strong understanding of law firm operations and legal software.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and outreach automation software.
- A self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced remote work environment.
