The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a vital role in our sales process by identifying and qualifying both inbound and outbound sales opportunities. As the initial point of contact for potential clients, you will be instrumental in driving the top of the sales funnel. In collaboration with Account Executives and Sales Managers, your primary focus will be to set up meetings and cultivate a pipeline of qualified leads through high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and refine lead lists utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, or industry directories.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to tailor outreach (considering company size, focus, and pain points).
- Assess and qualify incoming leads to ensure alignment with company criteria.
- Arrange consultations for the Sales Manager or in-person closing team (such as Doctors, Nurses, Owners, etc.).
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information management within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and events.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's offerings, ideal customer profile, and overall value proposition.
- Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, emails, and meetings booked.
- Monitor and report on outreach performance and lead conversion metrics.
