Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) with outstanding cold calling abilities to be part of our energetic outbound sales team. In this role, you will execute high volumes of cold calls, engage key decision-makers, assess prospects, and schedule meetings for our sales team. If you possess resilience, confidence on the phone, and excel in a metrics-driven work environment, this position is perfect for you.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct over 100 outbound cold calls to potential clients across various sectors.
- Utilize established scripts while customizing dialogues to effectively connect with leads.
- Assess leads against defined criteria and arrange appointments for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate lead information within CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Work closely with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies.
- Achieve daily/weekly performance goals regarding call volume, lead conversions, and scheduled meetings.
- Continuously experiment with scripts, subject lines, and outreach cadences to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales or cold calling, preferably within a B2B context.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a professional home office environment.
- Able to handle 100+ calls daily with ease.
- Exceptional verbal communication and objection-handling skills in English.
- Results-oriented, open to coaching, and highly organized.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
