Role Overview:
Are you ready to elevate your sales career? As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales funnel. You will open doors, initiate contact with prospective clients, and ensure our account managers connect with the right organizations. Work in a dynamic international tech environment that embraces a transparent Dutch sales culture—results-oriented, clear, and encouraging of initiative.
Your Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct daily outbound activities, including making 50+ calls.
- Utilize a multi-touch, multi-persona approach.
- Identify business objectives, challenges, and opportunities through consultative conversations.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Stay informed on software, products, and trends in the MSP and IT market.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to optimize campaigns.
- Support new team members as needed.
