Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Establish and implement SDR workflows and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and stimulate growth.Define clear KPIs (e.g., meetings scheduled, pipeline value generated, conversion ratios) and provide weekly and monthly reports.Work closely with Sales Leadership to synchronize outbound and inbound strategies, ensuring the highest caliber of leads.Oversee the development and optimization of multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, events).Lead the SDR team, strategizing based on team capacity and maximizing lead coverage.Serve as the primary link between the SDR team and the KAE, Marketing, and/or Operations teams for alignment and feedback on lead quality and conversion results.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years in sales/business development, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within a SaaS/technology setting.Demonstrated success in building and managing SDR teams, with a focus on outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools.Analytical mindset with robust communication skills.Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is preferred.Resilient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about technology and SaaS sales.
