About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead our expanding SDR team. This role involves managing and enhancing our outbound pipeline generation strategies while mentoring a team of high-achieving SDRs.
As a critical position within our go-to-market strategy, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine our outbound approach, boost conversion rates, and guarantee that the SDR team consistently produces a qualified pipeline as we grow our footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily activities will vary, but here are some examples of your responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs focused on securing qualified meetings and generating pipeline.
Design and optimize outbound prospecting strategies targeting key accounts and industry verticals.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to create tailored outbound campaigns, including content, events, webinars, and market-driven outreach.
Create and enhance SDR playbooks, messaging frameworks, and outreach schedules.
Track and improve key SDR performance metrics such as activity levels, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
Work alongside Revenue Operations to establish reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards.
Foster SDR career growth through training, call evaluations, and ongoing coaching.
Support the growth team with operational initiatives as necessary.
