Doctolib is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Representative to enhance our Sales team at our Milan office.
As a vital member of the BDR team, you will collaborate closely with Inside Sales and Field Sales professionals to identify and nurture business opportunities with key decision-makers in medical centers. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, aiming to schedule qualified appointments, understand their needs, and facilitate successful meetings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and leveraging digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Appointment Scheduling: Initiate contact with decision-makers and set up appointments for Inside and Field Sales colleagues, ensuring that opportunities are qualified and ready for follow-up.
- Collaboration with Field Sales: Work closely with Field Sales to relay key information and ensure seamless opportunity transitions.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the database of potential clients and sales activities in Salesforce to track interactions and developments.
Throughout this process, you will gather feedback from colleagues and clients alike. Sharing best practices and suggestions will be essential in enhancing the Sales team's efforts and contributing to Doctolib's success in Italy.
