Key Responsibilities:Leadership, Solutions, and FrameworksLead, coach, and support SDRs and junior commercial staff.Establish clear expectations regarding quality, activity, and outcomes.Design and implement repeatable SDR frameworks, including targeting models, messaging structures, qualification standards, and handover processes.Create effective solutions to enhance conversion rates, efficiency, and pipeline quality.Be the accountable point for SDR standards and continuous improvement.Collaborate with leadership to evolve the SDR function in line with business growth.Targeting and PlanningOwn and embed a clearly defined Ideal Client Profile (ICP).Develop structured approaches for account selection, stakeholder mapping, and prioritization.Translate commercial strategies into actionable SDR plans and campaigns.Lead Generation and OutreachDrive outbound activities through LinkedIn, email, and phone communication.Refine outreach messaging using established frameworks (e.g., PACT).Ensure outreach is relevant, personalized, and grounded in commercial insight.Calling and Engagement StructureDesign effective calling structures, cadences, and call windows.Analyze engagement data to refine approaches.Coach team members on effective conversations and objection handling.Qualification and HandoverEstablish and enforce clear qualification frameworks.Ensure opportunities are transitioned with comprehensive context and insights.
