Job Overview
In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Sales Director will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing the marketing strategy for our community, ensuring that budgetary goals and occupancy rates are consistently met or exceeded.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct sales outreach through phone and direct calls to achieve and surpass leasing targets.
- Oversee all resident move-ins and move-outs to maximize revenue performance.
- Effectively communicate prospective residents' needs to the Health & Wellness Director.
- Maintain an active waitlist to ensure future occupancy.
- Support lead generation initiatives to produce sufficient leads for successful performance.
- Utilize lead tracking and marketing software, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of these systems.
- Encourage and reward team members to meet performance goals in partnership with the Executive Director.
- Keep abreast of current market competition.
- Share relevant product information with the team including pricing and promotions.
- Uphold a positive community image among residents and staff.
- Complete required compliance and regulatory training including HIPAA.
- Ensure confidentiality in all resident interactions.
