- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across all projects to drive growth.
- Establish and track sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, while defining growth KPIs.
- Achieve sales goals, ensuring ongoing profitability and sustainable growth.
- Lead, coach, and manage a dynamic sales organization, including sales managers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Engage with key clients and strategic partners to foster strong business relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and operations teams for successful project launches, client events, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, challenges, and actionable plans to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations (RERA, DLD) and internal policies.
