Key Responsibilities:
Sales: Drive and surpass sales objectives through strategic store visits, events, and relationship management.
Coordinate with store management to optimize sales strategies and execute corporate initiatives effectively.
Create a monthly calendar to support priority locations and achieve sales targets.
Demonstrate exceptional selling skills with a proven record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Deliver engaging training sessions that result in consistent sales performance.
Build and nurture relationships to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the store and brand leadership team to ensure successful execution of new store openings.
Training, Events & Education:
Educate store teams on flagship products to enhance their ability to recommend to clients and boost retail sales.
Develop brand advocates by training on key selling techniques and customer service behaviors.
Monitor and assess the sales impact of events.
Initiate creative strategies to drive sales and enhance retail performance.
Train retail staff and freelancers on product knowledge and effective selling skills.
Calendar Execution:
Activate and manage the store visit calendar, summarizing successes and opportunities post-visit.
Provide detailed weekly updates on business opportunities and highlights.
Communication:
Maintain regular communication with your manager through status calls and prepare updates as needed.
Collaborate with store leadership to identify brand opportunities.
Communicate stock issues to your manager and retail partners as necessary.
