Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the Lexroom Sales Academy by designing and executing ongoing training programs (onboarding, ramp-up, advanced training), setting objectives, content, timelines, and success metrics.
Key Responsibilities Include:
New Hire Onboarding: Manage the entire onboarding process—first week and the initial two months ramp-up—for all new sales team members, organizing schedules, materials, internal presentations, and practical exercises.
Hands-on Training: Personally deliver training sessions (sales methodology, discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, pipeline management) including role-plays, call coaching, and structured feedback.
Training Content Maintenance: Ensure playbooks, scripts, templates, and Academy materials are updated in accordance with product developments, market trends, and team requirements.
