The Global Sales Enablement Team is committed to equipping our sales professionals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive. This includes delivering our Sales Spin Up onboarding program and various skill enhancement workshops designed to cultivate a high-performance sales culture.
Your Role
As a Sales Enablement & Training Specialist, you will be instrumental in conducting our weekly mandatory enablement sessions and targeted skills workshops. You will interact with new hires, current team members, and sales leaders to deepen their understanding of Stripe's products and sales strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that training content is not only informative but also engaging and pertinent.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate live or virtual training sessions, ensuring an engaging and effective experience for GTM team members.
- Organize and conduct sales skills workshops to enhance seller performance across our APAC hubs.
- Be open to traveling within your region as needed.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to identify their specific enablement needs and sales skills gaps.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials, including presentations, role-plays, and interactive exercises that enhance productivity and drive business results.
- Customize content and information to meet the unique learning requirements of various teams.
