The Sales Enablement Specialist serves as the regional execution partner for the global Sales Enablement function. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing global sales enablement strategies tailored to empower sales representatives to enhance every buyer interaction and maximize sales outcomes.
Utilizing your expertise in Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, buying behaviors, and sales enablement tools, you will guide sales teams towards becoming problem-centric sellers. By adapting global sales enablement initiatives to align with regional market nuances, you will ensure that sales representatives and managers possess the insights, coaching, and tools required to generate and advance their sales pipeline to achieve their targets.
A significant aspect of this role involves driving the adoption and proficiency of AI-powered technologies aimed at enhancing field sales efficiency. Acting as a vital link with the field, you will ensure that new tools and capabilities are seamlessly integrated into daily sales workflows, thereby maximizing productivity and impact.
Key Areas of Impact Include:
- Regional Field Support: Providing dedicated, time-zone aligned execution for sales teams, collaborating with Sales Managers to identify regional needs and reporting back to the Global Sales Enablement Manager.
- Content Regionalization: Disseminating global content with regional relevance, including support in native languages where necessary.
- Sales Empowerment: Guiding representatives through a problem-centric buying journey to advance opportunities and close deals.
- AI Tool Adoption: Supporting the deployment and ongoing usage of AI-driven capabilities to streamline regional sales processes.
- Performance Measurement: Monitoring regional enablement adoption and its impact on sales results.

- Pipeline Optimization: Guiding representatives in applying GTM processes and buyer behavior insights to optimize sales interactions and close opportunities.
