Salary: INR 400,000 - 700,000 per annum

The Sales Engineer will be instrumental in enhancing revenue streams by broadening market reach, attracting new clientele, and providing tailored technical solutions that boost customer productivity, quality, and efficiency. This role combines technical acumen with consultative selling to foster enduring customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets to contribute to overall revenue objectives.
- Identify, cultivate, and onboard new customers while nurturing existing accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and on-site evaluations.
- Analyze customer applications to suggest impactful technical solutions.
- Facilitate commercial discussions, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales agreements.
- Establish and sustain robust, long-term relationships with customers throughout the assigned region.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Fundamental understanding of metal cutting processes and CNC machining.
- Familiarity with cutting tools, coolants, and metal cutting oil management.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in commercial negotiation and application of value-selling principles.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
Preferred Profile:
- Educational qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or technical sales is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
