Position Overview
As a Sales Engineer at ExtraHop, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our sales presentations and directly influence our company's financial performance. Your contributions will be crucial to our bottom line.
You will provide technical support and solutions to our sales team and customers prior to sales, maintaining a deep understanding of the complex aspects of product demonstrations necessary for client education. By analyzing customer needs, you will showcase how our solutions can deliver value and support their organization. You will address client inquiries regarding product functionality, integration, and usage while resolving pre-sales support challenges. Your expertise in our products, customer technology, and the sales cycle will help you forge quality customer connections that drive sales success.
