Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new retail and API partners among travel agencies and tour operators.Develop and execute sales activities to meet targets and drive growth in your designated area.Engage and onboard new partners (including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs) and provide comprehensive training on our system.Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new partners.Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with partners, including necessary document workflows and technical setups.Oversee accounts through to their first purchase.Ensure compliance with commercial terms from partners, including payment processes.Allocate approximately 40% of your time to business travel, including client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.Conduct market and competitive analysis.Provide regular detailed reports through CRM and internal systems.Initiate API agreements with potential and existing partners.Candidate Profile:Relevant Experience: 2-5 years of proven track record in the complete sales lifecycle within the travel industry, focusing on business development and account management in B2B environments; connections with API clients (Travel Agencies + Tour Operators) in the Mexico and Caribbean regions are advantageous.Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the travel market within the region, including B2B networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs).Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
