Qualifications
Responsibilities:Conduct research to identify prospective leads and target accounts.Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their compatibility with our services.Drive sales initiatives by engaging and qualifying distribution partners (insurance brokers and agencies).Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and campaigns.Keep precise and current records of all interactions in our CRM system.Represent our offerings at industry events and conferences, which may occur during evenings and weekends.Continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge through training and feedback.Identify opportunities to improve tools and processes.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry or related sales organizations.

Work Location:

Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this role is $75,348.00 - $98,894.25 annually. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, access to Oscar's unlimited vacation plan, and performance-based sales commissions.
