Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding new sales opportunities.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback post-service to enhance our offerings.
- Compile and present monthly reports connecting marketing and operations insights.
- Oversee the main telephone line and actively engage in customer service initiatives.
