We are thrilled to expand our dynamic sales team by welcoming two new Sales Executives dedicated to driving sales initiatives within Local and Central Government sectors.
Your Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: You will spearhead efforts to cultivate new sales opportunities and nurture existing relationships within local government and public safety sectors, focusing on licensing, solutions, and managed services. Your role will involve face-to-face meetings and virtual interactions to scope, qualify, and develop these opportunities, along with showcasing our technology to key stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in directing the sales process, including contributing to RFI/RFPs as needed.
- Account Management: Building enduring relationships with clients will be central to your role, empowering them to make informed decisions and embrace both technical and cultural transformations. Your proactive approach will enhance their business value and establish Phoenix as their trusted strategic supplier.
What We Seek
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in B2B solutions sales.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage organizational tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in delivering presentations both in-person and online.
- Technical proficiency in preparing impactful demonstrations using data and dashboards, with the ability to customize reports as needed.
- Strong initiative and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Practical Information
Location: Headquartered in Pocklington (YO42).
Hybrid Working: A minimum of two days per week in the office is expected.
Interview Process: After an initial screening with our Recruitment Team, candidates will go through a two-stage interview process - one online and one in-person.
