Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through relationship building, cold outreach, market analysis, and participation in relevant industry events.
Create strategic sales plans aimed at expanding customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Establish and nurture robust customer relationships by aligning with their business objectives and requirements.
Manage the onboarding process for newly acquired clients throughout their initial show cycle to ensure satisfaction and address any challenges.
Lead the re-booking process on-site for both new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the Exhibitor Marketing team to craft engagement campaigns that generate business development prospects.
