Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and map potential customers while generating leads for retail and industrial trade in Chennai, following the guidance of the sales management team.
- Foster long-term, meaningful partnerships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set for assigned territories, adhering to managerial directives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and product offerings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments and maintain financial accountability.
- Understand and promote JAT's loyalty schemes for contractors and polishers to enhance client retention.
- Manage invoicing, payment collections, outstanding dues, and redemption of loyalty schemes according to company policies.
- Communicate clients' material demands to the sales management team in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit essential reports on a regular basis, including monthly plans, progress reports, daily call logs, and sales reports.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities that may arise as part of the role.
